What will MERLYN do if my product has a manufacturing defect?

If a MERLYN shower enclosure is defective in materials or manufacture, you should contact MERLYN Technical Services as soon as the defect is discovered. If the fault is not resolved, MERLYN may choose to repay the purchase price, repair the enclosure, or send replacement parts.
