• When you contact MERLYN through any of the social media channels or webchat we will require you to agree to providing us with your email address and contact phone number.
• If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored and shared internally within MERLYN to get the best response but it will not be shared with any other organisations.
• Website spare parts orders; we will require for your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address and credit card details.

• Trade Log Ins; we will require your name and email address.
• When you interact with MERLYN by contacting us by email or for employment opportunities that require you to send through a CV, you will be sending an email to MERLYN.
