I got a bit muddled trying to register the life time guarantee, so called Merlyn for guidance. A wonderful lady stayed patiently with me until I was able to submit the completed form. I felt no pressure to be quicker...I got good old fashioned great customer service

Fantastic customer service for a superb product. We bought a Merlyn Arysto 10 shower as part of our complete bathroom refurbishment and are absolutely delighted with it. We had some questions regarding fitting and were easily able to contact Merlyn customer services in Ireland for advice. Their technical advisor was really helpful.

Amazing customer service..

We fitted a Merlyn series 9 quadrant shower in 2013 and although still in general excellent condition the seals were obviously in need of replacement. I contacted Merlyn enquiring if replacement seals were available after all this time. Not only were the seals available but they sent me a complete new set completely free of charge.

MERLIN 10 SERIES EXPECTATIONS

Bought an 10 series enclosure last year 2022, installed it myself. All went well, no problems except for 1 missing plastic washer 6-3.T WSER, should have had 4, only got three. Anyway still managed without. Love the 10mm glass, so solid and quite minimal. :)

Excellent buy

Had our shower enclosure replaced with a Merlin series 8 1 door quadrant and have waited a month or so before writing a review. Excellent quality. We like an open out door for easy access and cleaning. Especially like the low tray so I dont have to step up or down to get in and out as hip problem. Good height for tall couple and plenty of room to turn round. So far just a wipe down of the glass after showering and no water marks.
